A Celebration of Experience, Excellence, and the Lifelong path of Judo

On January 31, 2026, Veterans Judo USA brought together an extraordinary gathering of Judoka for a powerful day of competition, connection, and celebration. Athletes traveled from across the United States and around the world to take part in an event that showcased not only elite level Judo, but the enduring spirit of those who continue to step on the tatami well beyond their early competitive years.

While the intensity of the competition was undeniable, what really defined the event was the camaraderie. Veterans Judo USA tournaments are known for their unique atmosphere where rivals become friends,  past opponents reconnect and newcomers are welcome into a supportive and passionate community. Between matches, story shared  on and off the mat effort was honored. Off the mat  laughter and engagement echo through the venue. This balance of competitive fire and mutual respect, reflects the core values of Judo.
